This team is AMAZING! The whole team is fantastic, from behind the desk to the hygienists to the doctors. Scheduling appointments is super easy and they are very up front and clear about costs. Dr. Alissa Bordow is so kind, informative, and gentle when she works. Highly recommend!

The hygienists and dentists are efficient, diligent, and never patronizing. They keep my teeth clean and don’t try to up-sell cosmetic services. Historically, I’d gotten my teeth cleaned 3 times a year, once out of pocket. Dr. Staninek said nah, you don’t need to do that. I appreciate their pragmatic non-hyped approach.
I’m a first time patient of Dr. Staninec (6/3/20) and needed to have a broken bridge replaced. The office staff (Anne & Curtis) were both very professional and friendly and the office followed all procedures necessary to prevent COVID exposure, and ensure social distancing was followed. Received a very thorough exam of my dental conditions plus manual cleaning and they expedited me for my 2nd appt. and the work was started on 6/10. They immediately had my options available and costs of each under my insurance and the new bridge ordered while the Dentist was working on my teeth. All done very efficiently and accurately calculated by the office staff. My temp bridge started coming loose and they worked to get me a rush appt within a 2 week window and completed the job on 6/25/20. Whole process in 3 weeks. Amazing!!
Just had my 1st visit w/ Dr Bordow & 2nd visit w/ Diana the hygienist. Jessica at the front desk is very welcoming. The dr and staff are very thorough and patient when explaining instructions or treatment plans. I definitely recommend their office to anyone, my dad and sister come to this office as well. I can't wait to see them next month :)
With what was obviously an infection under a tooth, and a 10 day trip beginning the following day, the staff at this office went to extraordinary steps to see me immediately and deal with my problem. Their understanding, sensitivity, and professionalism make this office a very special place.
Have always appreciated great dental care! Been with Dr. Staninec ever since he started years ago. He thinks things thru, explains options, and then does a great job, always being upbeat and proceeding with calm.
Really great experience with all of the staff here, I had some teeth issues after falling off a bike and was extremely worried about my pearly whites. Dr. Bordow was extremely knowledgeable and put all my fears at ease, they did a thorough exam and explained everything that was going on in a calming way that I could understand.

I have been Dr Staninec’s patient since he started his practice, and he is the BEST!!! I have a mouth full of dental work, from fillings to root canal to crowns. He is the only “painless” dentist I have been to, and his work is of the highest quality!!
He is also a person of great integrity. Sometimes there are options for the needed dental fix, and if I ask him “which would you pick?” Without hesitation, he would even pick the less expensive fix!
I totally trust his work and recommendations.

Love the team here! Our extended family goes there, plus my two best friends! Diana has been my hygienist for a few years and she somehow does the most thorough AND the most gentle cleanings I've EVER experienced. I wish I could give her six stars! The front desk team is also the best. Crizelle is a wizard at figuring out insurance stuff and recently was able to submit some REALLY expensive treatments the right way so the claim was covered. Plus everyone is so professional while still being accessible and nice, led by Dr Bordow's example. She always has all of the time in the world to discuss procedures and make sure there aren't any concerns, it's really reassuring if you're a nervous patient (ie all of us).
I have been a patient at this practice since 2016. The new space/location is definitely an upgrade. Dr. Bordow is an excellent Dentist. She is methodical, very meticulous and always explains what she is doing and why. I have sent multiple friends and colleagues to her. I always trust her recommendations and have the utmost confidence in her. The front office staff is equally amazing. Very responsive and they always follow up with either text messages or phone calls. I am so lucky to have her as my Dentist.
